HILL AREA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
HADP is being implemented since 1975 onwards and It is implemented on water shed basis since 1984. Soil conservation, environmental protection, improving standard of life of farmers are the primary objectives of the HADP. In Horticulture sector, Plants and seeds, agricultural implements are distributed under 25 % subsidy to the farmers in priority and other watersheds. The following programme will be implemented during 2008-09.
